PERATURAN UMUM

  1. Pemesanan tiket hanya berlaku sampai 1×24 jam setelah pesanan (place order). Anda harus melakukan pembayaran dalam waktu 1×24 jam setelah pesanan dilakukan. Jika tidak, maka pemesanan tiket dianggap batal.
  2. Jam operasional konfirmasi tiket dan dukungan teknis:
    Senin, 27 Februari 2023 sampai dengan Sabtu, 18 Maret 2023 mulai pukul 09.30 s.d 17.30 WIB (Hari Minggu & Hari Besar Nasional Libur, selama tiket masih tersedia)
  3. Jam konser:
    Konser I: Minggu, 19 Maret 2023 mulai pukul 13.30 WIB.
    Konser II: Minggu, 19 Maret 2023 mulai pukul 17.00 WIB.
  4. Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat ditukar atau dikembalikan dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun.

GENERAL RULES

  1. Ticket reservations are only valid until 1×24 hours after order (place order). You must make payment within 1×24 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise, the order is considered cancelled.
  2. Ticket confirmation and technical support operating hours:
    Monday, February 27th 2023 till Saturday, March 18th, 2023 from 09.30 am till 05.30 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.
    [Ticketing is close every Sunday and National Holiday, as long as tickets are still available]
  3. Concert time:
    Concert I: Sunday, March 19th, 2023 from 01.30pm (GMT+7).
    Concert II: Sunday, March 19th, 2023 from 05.00 pm (GMT+7).
  4. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

    Dipersilahkan untuk membuat akun untuk melakukan pemesanan tiket.

  2.  Dimohon untuk melengkapi billing detail.

CARA PEMESANAN TEMPAT

  1. Login sesuai username (email) dan password yang telah didaftarkan sebelumnya di www.JCODigitalConcertHall.com di pojok kanan atas.
  2. Klik book now di halaman “Home”
  3. Pilih  SANGUINIS CHORALIENSIS! 2023
  4. Pilih jenis tiket & nomor kursi yang diinginkan.
  5. Klik Add to Cart
  6. Klik Proceed to Checkout
  7. Bagi yang sudah login dan sudah pernah mengisi, form akan sudah terisi secara otomatis dan abaikan saja
  8. Pilihan metode pembayaran:
    • Direct transfer =transfer melalui teller bank/ATM/m-banking ke BCA 5240314161 a.n Yayasan The Resonanz Music S.
    • QRIS = QRIS BCA, OVO, GOPAY, Shopeepay, DANA, dll
    • Online payment = Kartu Kredit
  9. Centang kotak terms and conditions.
  10. Klik Place order
  11. Silahkan lakukan pembayaran dan melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran ke WhatsApp wa.me/+6282180830003 atau ticketing@theresonanz.com dengan email yang didaftarkan/nama pemesan/nomor order dan bukti pembayaran. Pelanggan yang tidak mengirimkan bukti bayar, tidak akan terkonfirmasi di data kami telah melakukan pembelian tiket.

HOW TO ORDER PLACE

  2. Click book now in “Home”
  3. Choose  SANGUINIS CHORALIENSIS! 2023
  4. Choose the tickets and preferred seat number.
  5. Click Add to cart
  6. Click Proceed to Checkout
  7. For those who have logged in and have already filled in, the form will be filled automatically. Please just ignore it.
  8. Choose the methode of payment:
    • Direct transfer =through bank teller/ATM/m-bangking to BCA 5240314161 with account name Yay The Resonanz Music S.
    • QRIS = QRIS BCA, OVO, GOPAY, Shopeepay, DANA, etc.
    • Online payment = credit card
  9. Check the box terms and condition.
  10. Click Place Order
  11. Please do the payment and confirmation to WhatsApp wa.me/+6282180830003 or email to ticketing@theresonanz.com with mention the registered email/name/order number and proof of payment. Customers who do not send proof of payment will not be confirmed in our data for purchasing tickets.

  2. Klik : Lost Your Password 
  3. Masukan email atau username yang digunakan
  4. Cek email dan klik link untuk reset password
  5. Masukan password yang baru dan mudah diingat

FORGOT PASSWORD

  1. Login at www.jcodigitalconcerthall.com (top right corner)
  2. Click: Lost Your Password
  3. Enter the email or username used
  4. Check your email and click the link to reset your password
  5. Enter a new and easy to remember password
