PERATURAN UMUM

    1. Pemesanan tiket hanya berlaku sampai 1×24 jam setelah pesanan (place order). Anda harus melakukan pembayaran & konfirmasi pembayaran via WhatsApp atau Email dalam kurun waktu 1×24 jam setelah pesanan dilakukan. Jika tidak, maka pemesanan akan batal secara otomatis.
    2. Jam operasional konfirmasi tiket dan dukungan teknis (selama tiket masih tersedia):

      • Sabtu, 18 Juni 2025 sampai dengan Sabtu, 19 Juli 2025 mulai pukul 09.30 s.d 17.30 WIB.
      • Minggu, 20 Juli 2025 mulai pukul 09.30 s.d 16.00 WIB.

      SIMFONI UNTUK BANGSA 2025 – 8 DEKADE MUSIK INDONESIA:

      • Selasa, 10 Juni 2025 sampai dengan Jumat, 01 Agustus 2025 mulai pukul 09.30 s.d 17.30 WIB.
      • Sabtu, 02 Agustus 2025 mulai pukul 09.30 s.d 19.30 WIB.

    3. Jam konser:
      • Minggu, 06 Juli 2025 pukul 16.00 WIB.
      • Minggu, 20 Juli 2025 pukul 16.00 WIB.
      • Sabtu, 02 Agustus 2025 pukul 19.30
    4. Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat ditukar atau dikembalikan dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun.

GENERAL RULES

      1. Ticket reservations are only valid until 1×24 hours after order (place order). You must make payment & do confirmation payment via WhatsApp or Email within 1×24 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.
      2. Ticket confirmation and technical support operating hours (as long as tickets are still available):

        • Sunday, July 06th, 2025 from 09.30 am till 06.00 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.

        RESITAL PIANO JAMES NAPOLEON LAI:

        • Saturday, June 14th, 2025 till Saturday, July 19th, 2025 from 09.30 am till 05.30 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.
        • Sunday, July 20th, 2025 from 09.30 am till 06.00 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.

        SIMFONI UNTUK BANGSA 2025 – 8 DEKADE MUSIK INDONESIA:

        • Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 till Friday, August 01st, 2025 from 09.30 am till 05.30 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.
        • Saturday, August 02nd, 2025 from 09.30 am till 07.30 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.

      3. Concert time:
        • Sunday, July 06th , 2025 at 06.00 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.
        • Sunday, July 20th , 2025 at 06.00 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.
        • Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 at 07.30 pm (GMT+7) Jakarta Time.
      4. Tickets are non-refundable in any condition.

CARA PEMESANAN TIKET

  1. Login sesuai username (email) dan password yang telah didaftarkan sebelumnya di www.JCODigitalConcertHall.com di pojok kanan atas.
  2. Klik “Book Now” di halaman “Home“.
  3. Pilih konser KARIKATA KARIKATU atau RESITAL PIANO JAMES NAPOLEON LAI atau SIMFONI UNTUK BANGSA 2025 –  8 DEKADE MUSIK INDONESIA.
  4. Pilih jenis tiket & nomor kursi yang diinginkan.
  5. Klik “Add to Cart“.
  6. Klik “Proceed to Checkout“.
  7. Bagi yang sudah login dan sudah pernah mengisi, form akan sudah terisi secara otomatis dan dapat diabaikan.
  8. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui Online Payment yang meliput kartu kredit, virtual account BCA, dan E-Wallet.
  9. Apabila dalam waktu yang ditentukan tidak melakukan proses pembayaran maka pemesanan akan otomatis dibatalkan.
  10. Centang kotak “Terms and Conditions“.
  11. Klik “Place Order“.
  12. Silahkan lakukan pembayaran sesuai metode pembayaran yang dipilih.
  13. Silahkan unduh e-ticket melalui email yang didaftarkan atau melalui menu order yang ada di platform.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKET

  1. Login according to the username and password that was previously registered at www.JCODigitalConcertHall.com on the top right corner.
  2. Click “Book Now” in “Home” page.
  3. Choose the concert KARIKATA KARIKATU or RESITAL PIANO JAMES NAPOLEON LAI or SIMFONI UNTUK BANGSA 2025 –  8 DEKADE MUSIK INDONESIA.
  4. Choose the tickets and preferred seat number.
  5. Click “Add to Cart”.
  6. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  7. For those who have logged in and have already filled in their profile, the form will be filled in automatically. Please kindly disregard and proceed to the next step.
  8. The method of payment through Online Payment which includes credit cards, BCA virtual accounts, and E-Wallet.
  9. If the payment process is not completed within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  10. Tick on the box for “Terms and Conditions”.
  11. Click “Place Order”.
  12. Please proceed with the payment method that you choose.
  13. Please download the e-ticket in your registered email or by order menu on the platform.

  4. Cek email dan klik link untuk reset password
  5. Masukan password yang baru dan mudah diingat

  2. Click: Lost Your Password
  3. Enter the email or username used
  4. Check your email and click the link to reset your password
  5. Enter a new and easy to remember password
