PERATURAN UMUM

    1. Pemesanan tiket hanya berlaku sampai 1×24 jam setelah pesanan (place order). Anda harus melakukan pembayaran & konfirmasi pembayaran via WhatsApp atau Email dalam kurun waktu 1×24 jam setelah pesanan dilakukan. Jika tidak, maka pemesanan akan batal secara otomatis.

    4. Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat ditukar atau dikembalikan dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun.

GENERAL RULES

      1. Ticket reservations are only valid until 1×24 hours after order (place order). You must make payment & do confirmation payment via WhatsApp or Email within 1×24 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.

CARA PEMESANAN TIKET

  1. Login sesuai username (email) dan password yang telah didaftarkan sebelumnya di www.JCODigitalConcertHall.com di pojok kanan atas.
  2. Klik “Book Now” di halaman “Home“.
  3. Pilih konser KIDUNG KEMBARA atau An EMOrchestra 2.0: THE BLACK SYMPHONY – Revives atau SONATAS & SOUNDTRACKS atau Resonansi Abadi – Transatlantic Sound: from Shostakovich to Copland atau Resonansi Abadi – Rhapsodie Francaise: Jubile des Maitres atau Resonansi Abadi – Soiree Bizet.

  4. Pilih jenis tiket & nomor kursi yang diinginkan.
    Untuk Konser Resonansi Abadi pemesanan bundling tiga hari hanya bisa 1 kursi per konser ( total 3 kursi untuk 3 hari untuk kelas tiket yang sama misal: jamrud). Pilih seating chart hari pertama, lalu pilih kursi dan add to cart , lalu ulangi untuk di hari kedua dan hari ketiga. Klik checkout atau pilih keranjang. Setelah itu harga akan otomatis terdiskon sebesar 20%, lakukan selesaikan proses checkout.

  5. Pilih jenis tiket & nomor kursi yang diinginkan. 
    Untuk Kelas Festival, quantity dapat diubah setelah klik kotak hitam dengan cara arahkan kursor pada angka, klik, lalu ubah (delete dan masukkan angka jumlah tiket).
  6. Klik “Add to Cart“.
  7. Klik “Proceed to Checkout“.
  8. Bagi yang sudah login dan sudah pernah mengisi, form akan sudah terisi secara otomatis dan dapat diabaikan.
  9. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui Online Payment yang meliput kartu kredit, virtual account BCA, dan E-Wallet.
  10. Apabila dalam waktu yang ditentukan tidak melakukan proses pembayaran maka pemesanan akan otomatis dibatalkan.
  11. Centang kotak “Terms and Conditions“.
  12. Klik “Place Order“.
  13. Silahkan lakukan pembayaran sesuai metode pembayaran yang dipilih.
  14. Silahkan unduh e-ticket melalui email yang didaftarkan atau melalui menu order yang ada di platform.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKET

  1. Login according to the username and password that was previously registered at www.JCODigitalConcertHall.com on the top right corner.
  2. Click “Book Now” in “Home” page.
  3. Choose the concert KIDUNG KEMBARA or An EMOrchestra 2.0: THE BLACK SYMPHONY – Revives or SONATAS & SOUNDTRACKS or Resonansi Abadi – Transatlantic Sound: from Shostakovich to Copland or Resonansi Abadi – Rhapsodie Francaise: Jubile des Maitres or Resonansi Abadi – Soiree Bizet.

  4. Choose the tickets and preferred seat number.
    For the Resonansi Abadi concert, the three-day bundle purchase allows only one seat per concert (a total of three seats for three days for same class ex: Jamrud). Select the seating chart for the first day, choose your seat, and add it to your cart. Then, repeat the same steps for the second and third days. Once all three seats are in your cart, click “Checkout” or go to your shopping cart. The 20% discount will be applied automatically. Proceed to complete the checkout process.

  5. Choose the tickets and preferred seat number. 
    For Festival Class, the quantity can be changed after clicking the black box by hovering the cursor over the number, clicking it, then editing (delete and enter the desired ticket amount).
  6. Click “Add to Cart”.
  7. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  8. For those who have logged in and have already filled in their profile, the form will be filled in automatically. Please kindly disregard and proceed to the next step.
  9. The method of payment through Online Payment which includes credit cards, BCA virtual accounts, and E-Wallet.
  10. If the payment process is not completed within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  11. Tick on the box for “Terms and Conditions”.
  12. Click “Place Order”.
  13. Please proceed with the payment method that you choose.
  14. Please download the e-ticket in your registered email or by order menu on the platform.
