TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Tiket yang sah adalah yang dibeli melalui jcodigitalconcerthall.com.
    2. Valid tickets are those purchased through jcodigitalconcertall.com.
  2. Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun.
    3. Non-refundable ticket in any situations & conditions.
  3. Untuk pembeli tiket konser “KIDUNG KEMBARA” atau “An EMOrchestra 2.0: THE BLACK SYMPHONY – Revives” atau “SONATAS & SOUNDTRACKS” atau “Resonansi Abadi – Transatlantic Sound: from Shostakovich to Copland” atau “Resonansi Abadi – Rhapsodie Francaise: Jubile des Maitres” atau “Resonansi Abadi – Soiree Bizet” pembeli akan menerima E-ticket konser sesuai dengan tiket yang dipesan. E-ticket tersebut akan digunakan untuk masuk ke dalam ruang acara.
    4. Buyers who purchased the “KIDUNG KEMBARA” or “An EMOrchestra 2.0: THE BLACK SYMPHONY – Revives” or “SONATAS & SOUNDTRACKS” or “Resonansi Abadi – Transatlantic Sound: from Shostakovich to Copland” or “Resonansi Abadi – Rhapsodie Francaise: Jubile des Maitres” or “Resonansi Abadi – Soiree Bizet” concert will receive an E-ticket according to the tickets ordered. The E-ticket will be used to enter the venue.
  4. Penyelenggara/Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian pembeli tiket yang mengakibatkan E-ticket/E-voucher jatuh ke tangan orang lain (dalam penguasaan orang lain) untuk di gunakan sebagai tanda masuk ke tempat pertunjukan atau menukarkan tiket yang menghilangkan hak pembeli untuk masuk ke gedung pertunjukan/menukarkan E-ticket/E-voucher.
    5. Organizer/Promoter is not responsible for negligence of the ticket purchaser that resulted in the purchaser’s E-ticket/E-voucher fell to the hands of others (in the mastery of others) to be used as an admission/exchange the actual ticket that eliminates the ticket buyer from entering the venue/exchange the E-ticket/E-voucher.
  5. Tiket hanya bisa digunakan saat pertunjukan berlangsung yaitu Minggu, 02 November 2025 untuk konser “KIDUNG KEMBARA” atau Sabtu, 15 November 2025 untuk konser “An EMOrchestra 2.0: THE BLACK SYMPHONY – Revives” atau Minggu, 16 November 2025 untuk konser “SONATAS & SOUNDTRACKS” atau Jumat, 28 November 2025 untuk konser “Resonansi Abadi – Transatlantic Sound: from Shostakovich to Copland” atau Sabtu, 29 November 2025 untuk konser “Resonansi Abadi – Rhapsodie Francaise: Jubile des Maitres” atau Minggu, 30 November 2025 untuk konser “Resonansi Abadi – Soiree Bizet”.
    6. Tickets only valid during the show, which is Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 for the concert “KIDUNG KEMBARA”, or Saturday, November 15th, 2025 for the concert “An EMOrchestra 2.0: THE BLACK SYMPHONY – Revives” or Sunday, November 16th, 2025 for the concert “SONATAS & SOUNDTRACKS” or Friday, November 28th, 2025 for the concert “Resonansi Abadi – Transatlantic Sound: from Shostakovich to Copland” or Saturday, November 29th, 2025 for the concert “Resonansi Abadi – Rhapsodie Française: Jubilé des Maîtres” or Sunday, November 30th, 2025 for the concert “Resonansi Abadi – Soirée Bizet”.
  6. Satu tiket berlaku untuk satu orang.
    7. One Ticket Valid For One Person.
  7. Usia penonton KIDUNG KEMBARA atau An EMOrchestra 2.0: THE BLACK SYMPHONY – Revives atau SONATAS & SOUNDTRACKS atau Resonansi Abadi – Transatlantic Sound: from Shostakovich to Copland atau Resonansi Abadi – Rhapsodie Francaise: Jubile des Maitres atau Resonansi Abadi – Soiree Bizet minimal 7 tahun. Di bawah umur tersebut tidak diperkenankan masuk. Apabila mengganggu jalannya konser diharuskan untuk membawanya keluar ruangan konser.
    8. The audience age of KIDUNG KEMBARA or An EMOrchestra 2.0: THE BLACK SYMPHONY – Revives or SONATAS & SOUNDTRACKS or Resonansi Abadi – Transatlantic Sound: from Shostakovich to Copland or Resonansi Abadi – Rhapsodie Francaise: Jubile des Maitres or Resonansi Abadi – Soiree Bizet at least 7 years old. Under the age are not allowed to enter. Any children disrupt the concert must leave the venue.
  8. Nomor tempat duduk yang telah dibeli tidak dapat ditukar.
    9. Purchased seat numbers cannot be exchanged.
  9. Pembelian dengan kartu kredit ataupun bank transfer dapat dikenakan biaya administrasi.
    10. Purchase ticket with credit card and bank transfer might be charged admin fee.
  10. Pihak penyelenggara menindak tegas, dan berhak mengeluarkan penonton apabila tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang telah diterapkan. Tidak akan ada pengembalian uang.
    11. The organizers take the strict action, and have the right to remove the visitors if they do not comply with the health protocols that have been implemented. No refunds will be given.
  11. Para tamu yang berperilaku tidak tertib, menyinggung atau berperilaku yang tidak pantas, dan tamu yang menolak untuk mematuhi instruksi / peringatan dari staf konser akan dikeluarkan dari gedung pertunjukkan segera. Tidak akan ada pengembalian uang.
    12. Guests who are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate manner, and guests who refuse to obey instructions/warnings from concert’s staff will be removed from the concert immediately. No refunds will be given.
  12. Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman ke dalam gedung pertunjukan.
    13. Any outside food or beverage is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  13. Dilarang membawa dan menggunakan segala obat-obatan terlarang, narkoba, psikotropika, atau barang-barang yang mengandung zat berbahaya lainnya ke venue.
    14. Do not bring and use any illegal drugs, psychotropic substances, or items containing other dangerous substances to the venue.
  14. Dilarang membawa senjata tajam/api, bahan peledak, serta benda-benda yang dilarang berdasarkan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku ke dalam venue.
    15. Do not bring weapons/gun, explosives material, and objects prohibited under the provisions of the applicable laws into the venue.
  15. Dilarang membawa kamera profesional ke dalam gedung pertunjukan (mirrorless, DSLR, dan sejenisnya).
    16. Do not bring professional cameras into the venue (for example: mirrorless, DSLR, etc).
  16. Tamu bertanggung jawab untuk keamanan semua barang-barang pribadinya.
    17. Guests must be responsible for the security of all of their personal belongings.
  17. Jika terjadi pembatalan konser dikemudian hari maka uang tiket akan dikembalikan sesuai dengan ketentuan promotor. Biaya convenient fee yang dibebankan kepada pembeli dengan kartu kredit tidak akan dikembalikan.
    18. If the show is cancelled, the tickets will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of the promoter. The cost of convenience fee (charged to the buyer with a credit card) will not be refunded.
  18. Penyelenggara, promotor, dan artis tidak bertanggung jawab atas kompensasi dan / atau biaya pembatalan untuk biaya perjalanan yang Anda keluarkan apabila konser yang dibatalkan atau ditunda.
    19. The organizers, promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the festival/event being cancelled or postponed.
